Overview

The SEPRAYS ZM600 is an automatic PCB/FPC collection and tray palletizing machine designed for downstream handling after inline depaneling. It receives finished boards through a shuttle fixture, uses a vacuum pickup mechanism to place products into trays, and automatically conveys and stacks filled trays to reduce manual collection.

Optional MES integration, cutting inspection and NG sorting allow defective boards to be identified using inspection results or MES-provided board positions. 2. Can the ZM600 connect to an inline PCB router machine?

Yes. The ZM600 is designed for downstream collection after inline PCB routing. The connection arrangement depends on the board transfer method, production line direction, operating height and equipment interfaces.
