    Overview

The ZM520 is an offline secondary PCB dust cleaning machine for boards requiring additional cleaning after depaneling. Operators load PCB boards onto a single-layer fixture, select a cleaning method and start the cycle through a sensor trigger, while the built-in extraction and filtration system collects loosened dust.

    Core Advantages

    Negative-Pressure Dust Extraction

A negative-pressure dust collection box and filtration system capture particles released during cleaning, helping reduce dust spread around the workstation. Dust collection bags and filters can be cleaned or replaced as part of regular maintenance.

    Selectable Air Cleaning Methods

Multiple natural-air outlets are standard, with optional ionizing air guns and ionizing air knives. Operators can choose the cleaning method and manually adjust airflow based on board features and dust conditions.

    Easy Operation & Operator Comfort

Sensor-activated cleaning supports different working habits, while push-button controls simplify daily operation. LED lighting, a noise-reducing worktable and a low-noise fan help create a more comfortable cleaning station.

    How It Works

The ZM520 combines manual PCB handling, selectable airflow cleaning and negative-pressure dust collection in a simple offline cleaning process.

    Manual PCB Loading

    Select Cleaning Method

    Sensor-Activated Cleaning

    Dust Extraction & Filtration

    Manual PCB Unloading

Operators place a PCB onto the fixture, choose the appropriate airflow method and trigger the cleaning cycle by closing the door or activating the front-door sensor.

Airflow loosens residual particles while negative pressure draws dust into the collection system. Once cleaning is complete, the operator removes the board for the next production step.

    Application

What PCB Products and Cleaning Processes Are Suitable for the ZM520?

The ZM520 is suitable for PCB boards that need additional dust removal after router depaneling, manual depaneling or other manufacturing operations.

Typical applications include removing loose particles from PCB surfaces and cutting areas, adjusting cleaning methods for different board designs, and performing secondary dust removal at offline workstations.

For PCB cleaning applications requiring static neutralization, optional ionizing air guns or air knives can be added based on the cleaning requirements.

    ZM520 Secondary Dedusting Machine FAQ

    1. Is the ZM520 an inline or offline PCB dust cleaning machine?

The ZM520 is an offline machine with manual loading and unloading. Operators place PCB boards onto the fixture and remove them after cleaning.

    2. What cleaning methods are available on the ZM520?

Multiple natural-air outlets are standard. Ionizing air guns and ionizing air knives are available as options for cleaning applications that require additional static neutralization.

    3. What PCB sizes can the ZM520 handle?

The ZM520 has an effective dust removal area of 560 × 480 mm and a cleaning operating height of 300 mm. Actual compatibility also depends on board shape and fixture requirements.

    4. Are ionizing air guns and air knives included as standard?

No. Natural-air cleaning outlets are standard, while ionizing air guns and ionizing air knives are optional. Their quantities can be selected according to the application.

    5. How does the ZM520 collect dust, and what maintenance is required?

The machine uses negative-pressure extraction and internal filters to collect dust. Operators should keep the worktable and collection openings clean, and periodically inspect, clean or replace the dust collection bags and filters.

    6. What information is needed for a ZM520 quotation?

Please provide PCB dimensions, board layout, dust source, cleaning requirements, fixture needs and estimated daily cleaning volume. If static neutralization is required, please also specify the preferred ionizing air accessories.
