Which PCB Panels Are Better Suited to Other Depaneling Methods?

For thin or flexible FPC boards requiring non-contact cutting, a Laser PCB Depaneling Machine may be a better choice. PCBAs with tall top-side components and limited cutting clearance may be better suited to the GAM385AT Downcut PCB Router Machine or GAM386AT Downcut PCB Router Machine.
